Currently, we do not provide international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or delivery location within India.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after successful order placement.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the location.

  • Express delivery is not available at this time.

In case the delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Unavailability of the customer,

We offer a re-attempted delivery, but only after getting confirmation from the customer and may include additional delivery charges.

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your product is delivered in a damaged or tampered condition, please follow these steps:

  • Make a video while opening the parcel.

  • Send the video immediately to our official WhatsApp support number.

  • Our team will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, including replacement or resolution support.
